The One who answers prayers. He is closer to His servant than the jugular vein, hearing and responding even before words are formed.

How to Use This Name
Believers are encouraged to call upon Allah by His names: "And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them" (Quran 7:180). When you ask, ask through the name that fits your need — ask Al-Mujib when you need the responder.
