Reflection
The One whose mercy, knowledge, and provision encompass everything. There is no limit to what He can give, know, or forgive.

How to Use This Name
Believers are encouraged to call upon Allah by His names: "And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them" (Quran 7:180). When you ask, ask through the name that fits your need — ask Al-Wasi' when you need the all-encompassing.
